My dashboard
Our story

An invitation that is remembered, not just seen.

Varna began with a small frustration and a large belief: that the message announcing the most important day of someone's life should not look like a receipt.

Why we built it

Every host we spoke to told the same story. The event was months in the making — the place, the flowers, the music, the hours spent choosing between two nearly identical shades of ivory. And then the invitation went out as a flat image in a group chat, forwarded until nobody knew who had actually seen it.

So the questions began. Who is coming? Did she get it? Should we count him twice? The answers lived in six different conversations, and the host — the one person who should have been looking forward to the day — spent the last two weeks doing data entry.

Varna is the other version of that. One card, made properly, with a personal link for every guest. Replies land in one place. And when the day is over, the photographs your guests took come home to you instead of disappearing into their camera rolls.

What we believe

Four convictions, in everything we build

Calm over clutter

A dashboard is not a cockpit. If a number does not change a decision, it does not earn a place on the screen.

Every guest is a person

Not a row in a spreadsheet. Each one gets their own link, their own card, and a reply that takes a single tap.

Persian is first-class

Written natively, right-to-left from the ground up, with Persian numerals and the Jalali calendar — never machine-translated.

The memory outlives the event

The evening ends. The album should not. What your guests captured belongs with you, privately, for as long as you want it.

How it works

Three steps, and nothing to install

No canvas, no layers, no design skills. You choose, you personalize, you send.

  1. 01

    Choose a design

Browse a curated gallery and see any card live before you commit to it. Every design is finished — there is no half-built option.

  2. 02

    Make it yours

Names, date, place, photographs, the words you want to say. Everything else is already handled.

  3. 03

    Send a personal link

Each guest receives their own invitation. You watch the replies arrive in one place, and nudge whoever hasn't answered.

Our line in the sand

What we will never do

Some promises are easier to keep when they are written down in public.

  • We will never sell, rent or share your guest list. It is yours, and it leaves our systems only to deliver the invitations you asked us to send.
  • We will never put an advertisement on your card, or anyone else's.
  • We will never grey out a feature to sell you an upgrade. If your plan does not include something, it is simply not there — no padlocks, no teasing.
  • We will never invent a number to look bigger. Every count you see on a Varna screen is something we can actually prove.

Begin your invitation

Browse the gallery, preview any design live, then make it yours. It takes an evening, not a project plan.
